Waking up to stunning ocean views has been a long standing dream of our Singapore/London based family. When we chose the plot of land to develop Myla Beach Villa, it ticked all the boxes of what we had envisioned- a wide quiet beach with uninterrupted views of the stunning ocean.
Myla Beach Villa has been a labour of love and has come through to fruition against all odds of the many challenges we faced building through the pandemic, import bans and a shortage of basic building materials. These challenges encouraged us to become more creative in choosing locally sourced materials; inspiring us to design custom made furniture from local teak wood, sourcing locally hand made tiles and most rewarding of all, lovingly repurposing many antique pieces to bring them back to their old glory!
We have created a unique fusion aesthetic of the majestic old with the contemporary in the design of Myla Beach Villa ! Every pocket of space has been thoughtfully designed with interesting elements to engage our guests and encourage them to come together in the beautiful living spaces!
With the mod cons of a luxury holiday home and the charming character of unique Sri lankan design features, we aim to bring the very best essence of Sri Lanka to you in luxurious comfort.
